🚀 Business Development Manager – Compute & AI Solutions

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality to accelerate market growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our channel ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing

• Drive business growth for a portfolio of Compute & AI solutions through channel partners, distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise accounts and the partner ecosystem.
• Build and execute channel go-to-market strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
• Recruit, enable, and grow strategic partners through joint business planning, partner development, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with vendor, technical, and pre-sales teams to deliver value-driven solutions that address customer business challenges.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and consistently achieve sales KPIs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and data centre technologies to identify emerging growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of successful experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Partner Management within enterprise IT, Compute, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or data centre solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Established relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, system integrators, or enterprise customers.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive self-starter with a hunter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Passionate about emerging technologies and helping partners deliver innovative AI and infrastructure solutions.
