Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and corporate clients.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Develop account growth strategies and long-term customer relationships.
Drive end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to deal closure.
Build trusted relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
Promote IT Services, Software Development, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Solutions, AI, Data Analytics, ERP, CRM, and Digital Transformation services.
Work closely with technical teams to prepare customized solutions and proposals.
Prepare RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Develop strategic business plans to expand market presence.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Prepare commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams during proposal preparation.
Support contract negotiations and project handover.
Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline and customer information.
Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
Monitor sales KPIs and revenue performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of Business Development or IT Sales experience.
Proven experience selling IT Services or Software Solutions.
Strong enterprise B2B sales experience.
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
