Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I DCPM, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. As the Business Program Manager (Critical Environment) you will work with the Director Business Operations to drive and implement consistent programs at all datacenters globally. You will also assist in quarterly spend review activities at a datacenter as well as regional level. This job will allow you to build a strong understanding of demonstrate and further develop your expertise in datacenter services. It will also provide you with opportunities of working with teams across various geographies. This role calls for a balance of leadership, influence skills, supportive individual contributions, and expertise in enterprise-level operations. You must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines, as well be able to support some regional and international travel.
Required Qualifications:
While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field and 10+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
