Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement key functional modules and core technical components for the company's desktop applications across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
• Independently analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, delivering high-performance, reliable, and maintainable C++ code.
• Drive deep client-side performance optimization, including but not limited to memory usage, CPU efficiency, I/O throughput, application startup time, rendering performance, and overall system resource utilization.
• Solve platform-specific low-level technical challenges, including system API integration, cross-platform compatibility, high-performance network communication, multithreading, concurrency control, and resource management.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Windows, macOS, Linux, and modern C++ technologies. Evaluate emerging technologies and introduce practical solutions that enhance product capabilities and engineering efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies, development tools, and engineering practices. Experience with AI-assisted coding, AI-powered software development, or AI-driven design tools is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional C++ development experience, including 3 or more years of client application development on macOS or Linux platforms.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17), with a deep understanding of its core language features and best practices for large-scale software development.
• Proficiency in Objective-C and Swift, with experience integrating them with C++ in mixed-language applications; or strong expertise in C++ with a willingness to learn cross-platform mixed-language development.
• Hands-on experience with at least one mainstream desktop application framework, supported by a strong portfolio of production-level software development projects.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networking.
• Strong software engineering mindset with a focus on code quality, system architecture, maintainability, and best engineering practices. Self-motivated, accountable, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to communicate with internal stakeholders in China on a daily basis.
