Channel Growth Executive (IT Distributor)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand partner network
• Support partners with product information, quotations, and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, stock availability, and order fulfilment
• Conduct sales presentations, product updates, and partner engagement activities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales or channel sales experience in the IT industry/distribution environment preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
