Chief of Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, energetic and people-oriented Project Manager / PMO to work closely with our CTO as a strategic partner and operational extension of the leadership team.

This role will act as the Chief of Staff to the CTO — helping to drive cross-functional initiatives, improve execution efficiency, align stakeholders, and ensure key projects move forward effectively across multiple teams.

We are open to candidates from different industry backgrounds, including technology, fintech, internet, consulting, operations or project management. We are looking for someone with strong potential, excellent communication skills, high EQ, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and business partner to the CTO on key business and technology initiatives
• Drive cross-functional project coordination across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, AI, Data and Business teams
• Track project progress, manage timelines, identify risks and ensure smooth execution of priorities
• Facilitate communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders
• Support the CTO in driving operational efficiency, project governance and organizational alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Business Management, Consulting, or Chief of Staff related functions in fintech, internet, trading and/or high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization
• High EQ, proactive personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic, positive and bubbly personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• English and Mandarin proficiency are required due to cross-regional collaboration with chinese speaking stakeholders.
