Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technological Officer (CTO) leads theGroup’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital innovation initiativesto support business operations and scientific research. The CTO ensuresalignment of technology deployment with corporate strategy, oversees adoptionof emerging technologies, manages vendor relationships, and ensures compliancewith regulatory and industry standards.

The CTO is responsible for shaping and executing the Group’s technologyroadmap, enabling digital transformation, and advancing the application of AI,bioinformatics, and other research technologies to drive scientific discoveryand operational efficiency. The role requires strategic vision, technicalleadership, and collaboration with R&D, operations, and management teams toenhance competitiveness, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
