Citrix Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Configure, implement, and optimize Citrix policies, profiles, and system settings.
• Provide end-user support and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration with networking, server, storage, and security infrastructure.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Citrix environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix technologies, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
• Good understanding of networking, security, and storage concepts.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
