Cloud Engineer (Global Infrastructure)

📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting multi-cloud environments with a strong focus on cloud operations, reliability, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver stable, scalable, and secure cloud solutions across global environments.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support global cloud environments across Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Alicloud
• Provide operational support for cloud-based tools and SaaS platforms (e.g. CDN, WAF, SMTP, DNS services)
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure through automation and best practices
• Support global and regional cloud projects from design to implementation and BAU operations
• Collaborate with internal teams (GHQ and regional teams) and external vendors
• Ensure system stability through monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement
• Review and enhance cloud operations processes, tools, and standards

🧠 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud operations
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred primary cloud)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alicloud
• Strong knowledge of:
• Linux / Windows systems
• Kubernetes (GKE preferred)
• Networking (VPC, firewalls, load balancers, routing, VPN)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Ansible) is an advantage

🌟 Good to Have

• Experience with Akamai / Cloudflare / CDN / WAF
• Knowledge of Kafka or event streaming platforms
• Microsoft O365 administration
• DNS / SMTP management
• IT governance, audit, or compliance exposure
• Experience working in large enterprise or global environments
