Job Description - CONSULTING SALES MANAGER

Our four-platform Multiverse —Trusted DataVerse, Trusted KnowledgeVerse, Trusted ActionVerse, and TrustedUniVerse — transforms raw documents into AI-ready vector embeddings, autonomous workflows, and cross-organization agent economies. We are not a chatbot vendor. We build the sovereign AI foundations that enterprises and government agencies stake their futures on.

The Opportunity

This is not a quota-chasing role. This is a consulting sales mandate.

You will be the bridge between TrustedHub's deep-tech platform and the decision-makers who need it most — CIOs who can't risk non-compliance, government agencies building sovereign AI stacks, and CFOs demanding ROI on digital transformation investments that have stalled for years.

You'll sell directly to strategic accounts and simultaneously build a channel of resellers, systems integrators, and consulting partners who can multiply your reach. You'll navigate procurement frameworks in the public sector with the same ease you close enterprise deals in financial services or healthcare.

And here's what makes this role truly different: you'll be expected to build AI-powered sales agents to augment your own pipeline — prospecting, outreach, qualification, follow-up — using the very platform you are selling. If you can sell it, you can use it. And using it will make you better at selling it.

What You'll Do

▸ Direct Sales

•    Own the full sales cycle —from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close — for strategic accounts in government and private sectors.

•    Conduct stakeholder mapping across complex, multi-buyer enterprise accounts, building trust at C-Suite, IT, Legal, and Operations levels simultaneously.

•    Deliver compelling solution presentations and demos that translate TrustedHub's platform into tangible business outcomes, without overwhelming a non-technical audience.

•    Develop sector-specific value propositions for verticals including financial services, healthcare, insurance, logistics, legal, and government agencies.

•    Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for new and expansion business.

▸ Channel & Partner Sales

•    Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers, systems integrators, and consulting partners who serve the public and enterprise markets.

•    Co-sell and co-present alongside channel partners, helping them position TrustedHub within their own client engagements.

•    Build enablement materials, playbooks, and training programmes to help partners sell effectively and independently.

•    Manage partner pipeline, deal registration, and revenue forecasting through structured partner relationship management.

▸ Government & Regulated-Sector Engagement

•    Navigate GeBIZ, open tender, and government procurement frameworks — understanding how to position solutions compliantly and competitively.

•    Build relationships with government agencies, statutory boards, and ministry-level contacts who are driving Singapore's AI and digitalization agenda.

•    Translate compliance-heavy requirements (Evidence Act, data sovereignty, audit trails) into compelling reasons-to-buy, not obstacles to close.

▸ AI-Augmented Selling

•    Design and deploy AI sales agents on TrustedHub's own platform to automate prospecting research, personalize outreach sequences, and qualify leads at scale.

•    Build your own AI-powered sales knowledge base — using TrustedHub KnowledgeVerse — to retrieve competitive battlecards, proposal templates, and objection-handling playbooks instantly.

•    Experiment, iterate, and share learnings with the team on what AI-assisted sales workflows generate the highest conversion rates.

•    Actively contribute to shaping TrustedHub's sales methodology as an early-adopter of AI-augmented B2Bselling.

▸ Evangelism & Market Presence

•    Represent TrustedHub at industry events, government conferences, CXO roundtables, and technology forums— as a confident, articulate voice on enterprise AI and data governance.

•    Produce thought-leadership collateral: case study drafts, solution briefs, and sales narratives that educate prospects before the first call.

•    Collaborate with marketing to generate demand through webinars, whitepapers, and partner events.

Requirements

▸ Must-Have

•    5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing complex, consultative enterprise deals.

•    Experience selling to at least one of: Singapore government / statutory boards, financial services, healthcare, or insurance enterprises.

•    Demonstrated channel sales experience — recruiting, enabling, and co-selling through resellers or SIs.

•    Exceptional communication skills in English; Mandarin or other regional languages are a strong advantage.

•    A genuine interest in AI, data platforms, or enterprise software — with the intellectual curiosity to go deeper.

•    Comfortable navigating procurement processes including government tender frameworks (GeBIZ, ITQ, ITT).

▸ Strong Advantage

•    Prior experience in a solutions-selling or pre-sales capacity for data, AI, cloud, or compliance platforms.

•    Existing network within Singapore public sector, MAS-regulated institutions, or healthcare / insurance sectors.

•    Experience building or using AI tools for sales — CRM automation, AI SDR tools, or similar.

•    Track record of winning deals involving compliance-heavy requirements: data privacy, legal admissibility, or audit trail requirements.

•    Familiarity with Singapore's digital economy initiatives: Smart Nation, GovTech stack, IMH Data Trust, etc.
