Content Strategist and Engagement Manager (Government)

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to drive AI adoption through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and community-building initiatives within a public sector organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content and communications strategies to promote AI adoption and data literacy.
• Plan and deliver engagement initiatives, including workshops, seminars, hackathons, and learning events.
• Build and manage partnerships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, academia, and industry partners.
• Develop marketing materials, newsletters, digital content, and manage knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Track engagement metrics and continuously enhance content effectiveness and community participation.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities that support AI adoption and innovation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in communications, content strategy, engagement, marketing, or change management.
• Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement initiatives, events, or community programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong project coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or emerging technologies will be an advantage.
