Corporate Driver

Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for clients, visitors, and company materials. The role includes vehicle maintenance, adherence to traffic regulations, delivery of documents and equipment, and supporting administrative logistics for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Services

• Safely transport company employees, executives, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Pick up and deliver documents, equipment, IT assets, and office supplies if required.
• Ensure timely arrival and departure according to assigned schedules.
• Plan efficient travel routes to minimize delays and optimize fuel consumption.

Vehicle Management

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior.
• Monitor fuel levels, tire conditions, engine performance, and other vehicle systems.
• Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and service history.

Logistics Support

• Assist with transporting IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, servers, networking devices, and office equipment.
• Support office relocation, event setup, and equipment deployment activities if required.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections from vendors, customers, and business partners.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and required permits.
• Immediately report accidents, vehicle damage, traffic violations, or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Education or above.
• Excellent verbal communication skill to liaise with international clients.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving executives or corporate staff is preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning applications.
