Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the organization make informed business decisions. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and identifying trends that support strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance, product) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.

• Create data models and perform statistical analyses to support business hypotheses and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.

• Support automation of recurring data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (experience requirement may vary based on seniority).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis preferred.

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is an advantage.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts or predictive analytics.

• Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
