Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Take part in user growth and revenue growth experiments for CamScanner business; break down business targets into measurable data metrics, identify abnormal data signals, and dig out potential growth opportunities.
2. Comprehend KPIs and business logic of all departments, build relevant monitoring dashboards, and analyze root causes of metric fluctuations.
3. Explore the application of AI / Large Language Models in data analysis and growth scenarios; automate and industrialize analytical workflows to build reusable analysis capabilities.
4. Establish structured analysis frameworks, translate raw data into actionable insight reports, and drive the implementation of optimization initiatives.
5. Participate in special research projects, conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to provide data-backed decision support for business growth.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related disciplines.
2. Strong business acumen and commercial sense; capable of extracting valuable business insights from data.
3. Highly responsible, data-sensitive, with solid teamwork skills.
4. Curious about commercial operations; able to verify business hypotheses through logical reasoning and data analysis.
5. Proficient in SQL / Python for data extraction and modeling; experienced with mainstream data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
6. Prior project experience in user growth, revenue growth, marketing campaign review, or market research is preferred.
7. Hands-on experience in AI industrialization deployment; capable of solving real business problems with LLMs, AI Agents or workflow automation tools.
