•Develop and enhance conversational analytics and data visualization products, including extracting, validating, and analyzing business data

•Provide BAU support for the existing analytics product portfolio, including data collection, cleansing, and interpretation

•Monitor and track product usage and adoption rates, identifying opportunities for improvement

•Support regular data analytics communications and updates to end users, ensuring clarity and engagement

•Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve analytics solutions and user experience
