Data Technical Manager

Job Description

Data Technical Manager with solid Data experience who have worked on Data projects management, estimations and technologies with cloud.

• Manage data projects end-to-end — own the plan, scope, timelines, team allocation, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders along with risks and issues
• Good at effort estimation of data assignments and define technical scope
• Hands-on experience with modern data technologies on GCP, good understanding of agentic and LLM-based solutions
• Lead and coordinate data teams — set clear goals, remove blockers, review code and designs, and track progress
• Single point of contact between business stakeholders and tech teams — convert business needs into data solutions, manage scope changes, and present updates, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership

Required Skills:

• Data Technical Manager with solid Data experience who have worked on Data projects management. Experience in estimations.
• Experience in Cloud technologies.
• Preferred GCP.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large-scale migration or cloud transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Office tools.
