Desktop Support Engineer (Roving/ 3 Rotating Shifts))

1. Employment Type: 2-year contract (renewable)
2. Clearance: Able to clear G50 CAT 2A security clearance
3. Working Days/Hours: Able to do rotating schedule: Mon-Fri, 1) 8am-5.30pm 2) 8.30am-6pm 3) 9am-6.30pm
4. Location: West Area/AMK (Roving)
5. Eligibility: Singaporean ONLY

Scope of services

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices

• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware.

• Work with 3rd-party vendors

• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices.

• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.

• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT

• 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and experience supporting Computing Devices

• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, IOS and Android ,
