DEX Analyst / Experience Lead

Job Title: DEX Analyst / Experience Lead
Monthly Salary: $9,500 – $12,500 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Translate DEX telemetry into prioritized actionable improvements
• Own persona-based experience KPIs (login time, application response time, crash rates)
• Define and measure digital employee experience success metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of poor experience episodes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate experience issues
• Present experience insights to business and IT leadership
• Benchmark DEX scores against industry standards
• Drive adoption of DEX insights into operational processes
• Lead employee experience surveys and correlate with telemetry data
• Develop experience improvement roadmaps and track progress
• Establish thresholds and alerting for experience degradation
• Advocate for employee-centric design in IT projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT analytics or digital experience management
• Deep understanding of DEX platforms (Nexthink, Lakeside, ControlUp)
• Strong data science background with statistical analysis skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Understanding of end-user computing technologies and persona analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of improving digital employee experience
• Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Medallia) is a plus
