Digital Asset Solutions Associate

TOTM Labs is the digital asset and frontier technology innovation unit of TOTM Technologies Ltd, a Singapore-listed company with deep expertise in trusted digital identity infrastructure. 

TOTM Labs is pioneering a new model of venture building - building, validating and launching in an accelerated timeline to attain product-market fit quickly and accurately, with the execution speed of a startup unit. 

As we expand the team, we are looking for a Digital Asset Associate. You will be in the engine for our operations and product delivery to help build and scale this business from the ground up.

The Role:

This is a hybrid strategy, product incubation, and commercial execution role designed for candidates who want to move beyond advisory work into building and launching commercial products on an international scale.

You will work closely with senior leadership, and internal teams to:

• Structure solutions and translate business/ clients' needs into executable business initiatives
• Lead solution structuring discussions with clients and guide them though complex workflows in technology adoption
• Drive early-stage product development from concept to pilot and commercial rollout
• Own workflows such as preparation of proposals, pitches and commercial agreements
• Build internal alignment to move new initiatives forward within a listed company environment of compliance and governance
• Marketing and Social Media Oversight: Supervise and provide guidance on marketing and social media strategies ensuring alignment with overall Company's business goals
• Event Execution and Engagement: Lead end-to-end execution of high impact events including planning, coordination and on-site management, to raise awareness, attract institutional clients and showcase adoption pathways.

Beyond blockchain, we are looking for someone who is curious about emerging technologies more broadly - from AI and identity infrastructure to advanced cryptography and future financial rails - and can convert new developments into real commercial opportunities. This is a builder's role, not just another corporate function.

We are looking for candidates who combine strong institutional grounding with an entrepreneurial drive to build. 

You will be a good fit if you: 

• have background in financial services or enterprise technology environments
• Have experience working with institutional clients or senior stakeholders 
• Structure business cases, proposals, or transformation plans for enterprises 
• Think in structured frameworks but execute pragmatically 
• Communicate confidently across technical and commercial audiences 
• Are naturally curious and quick to absorb unfamiliar technologies or markets 
• Eager to build new narratives and defend concepts end-to-end till commercialization
• Take ownership of outcomes and move things forward independently 

More importantly, you should be motivated by the opportunity to build products from zero to one, and own the growth process of the products and solutions.
