Digital Health/Growth Product Lead

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product roadmap and deliver high-quality digital health products on time and within budget.
• Define product requirements and user stories to ensure that product features meet customer needs and are aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including product plans, business cases, and product roadmaps.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours to drive product innovation and differentiate our products in the market.
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmap.

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Advocate for the product vision and roadmap to gain buy-in and support from key stakeholders across the organization.
• Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

Strategic. Stretch the organization's thinking for the future.

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Drive product innovation by identifying new opportunities and defining the product roadmap to support the company's long-term growth plans.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Leaders. Continuously Improves self, team & organisation.

• Helps with discipline/department improvement efforts
• Manage or take a technical leadership role on large projects with others working on them
• Leads the capability growth of Product Management
• Ensures health & well-being of Product Managers
• Recognise and champion best practice process adoption for efficient and effective product delivery and lifecycle support.
• Provide technical leadership and facilitation to enable innovative change across engineering disciplines, product management and operations functions.
• Finds a way to spread learning across the organisation (e.g. gives internal talks, etc.)
• Represent discipline needs in broader technical forums
• Keep abreast of technology development opportunities (internally and externally)

Let’s talk about qualifications & experience

• Product Management Know-how: Significant experience in product management from ideation, development to launch especially dealing with digital products.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strategic capability in building product vision/roadmap/strategy with track record of accelerating at scale from ground up to meet business goals.
• Consumer obsessed : Getting teams to build great products with the user at the core of the product roadmap/strategy.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading/managing/mentoring other product managers.
• Thought leadership & teamwork: Strong influencing & collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams and senior management to remove roadblocks, gain buy-in & support for product vision.
