Digital Marketing & Business Support Officer (West, 5 Days, $4k)

Salary: $4,000
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:
• Manage digital marketing activities across websites, social media, email campaigns and online platforms.
• Maintain website content, SEO, e-commerce listings and monitor digital performance.
• Create marketing materials and support events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Support AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes.
• Coordinate IT-related matters, including digital platforms, vendors, software and user support.
• Oversee office facilities, vendor management and general administrative operations.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation and support continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing or Business
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce& IT coordination
• Familiarity with website management, SEO, social media platforms, digitalmarketing tools and data analytics
• Exposure to AI and automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) will bean advantage
• Experience in vendor management, project coordination is preferred
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills with theability to manage multiple priorities
