DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

• We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in the Insurance industry to drive enhancements across digital platforms and business solutions.
• The successful candidate will support the delivery of innovative digital capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Review test plans/scenarios and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities within Agile delivery teams.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful project/initiative delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and communication effectively.
• Review business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital enhancement.
• Support production releases and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Product Owner within the Insurance industry.
• Proven experience delivering and rolling out enhancements on digital platforms and customer-facing solutions.
• Exposure to solutions involving data analytics, automation, or AI-driven capabilities such as chatbots, process automation, and recommendation engines is advantageous.
• Strong experience managing and collaborating with multiple business stakeholders across different functions.
