Digital Product Manager

Project Overview: The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. The Product Manager will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research and engaging with the community to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs, translating these insights into product features that address real needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring all stages from ideation to launch are managed efficiently.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders on product objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and engage with the community to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs.
• Feature Development: Translate market insights into product features that address real user needs.

Deliverables:

• Work with the Business Development team and Solutions Engineering to scope and build custom solutions for prospective customers, aiding in closing deals.
• Serve as the primary product contact for all leads, development shops, and external partners, tracking their needs and coordinating with internal teams to align and deliver needed features, changes, or services.
• Understand the needs of developers and work with the Developer Relations team, feature teams, and Technical Documentation to provide excellent tooling and a smooth journey for developers using our platform.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive UI tools and work with engineering to ensure their implementation.
• Maintain product roadmaps aligned with the overall strategic vision and company roadmap, leading cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap and deliver on the vision.
• Maintain and organize project tasks for all ecosystem and developer experience-related teams, including project plans for integrations, solutions engineering, and developer SDKs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting market research and translating insights into actionable product features.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams.
• Knowledge of developer needs and experience working with developer tools and SDKs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
