The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to shape and deliver digital and AI-enabled products for our clients. Working closely with our CEO, clients, designers and engineers, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch and continuous improvement.

This role is supported under the Career Conversion Programme for ICT Professionals (Product Development) and includes structured on-the-job training in product roadmapping, agile delivery, backlog management, user story writing and digital product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and clients to define product goals, establish a clear vision and develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end agile product delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and release planning.
• Translate client requirements, user needs and business problems into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Guide the ideation, scoping and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for areas such as research, marketing analytics, customer support and community moderation.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal design and engineering teams, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
• Prioritise opportunities and trade-offs based on user value, business impact, technical feasibility and delivery constraints.
• Define success metrics, gather user feedback and use data to improve products after launch.
• Track delivery timelines, dependencies, risks and quality, resolving issues early and communicating progress clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, strategy, project delivery, digital transformation or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn broad goals into clear, actionable work.
• Practical interest in agile delivery methods such as Scrum or Kanban, and a willingness to deepen these skills through structured training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and comfortable working with autonomy and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology, digital products and AI-enabled solutions.

Experience with AI, machine learning, data-driven products or collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or Slack is an advantage. Prior software engineering experience is not required.
