Digital Signage Technician

Job Summary

Join New Wave Display™ as a Digital Signage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain digital signage, LED displays, video walls, kiosks, and interactive displays across projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure digital signage displays, LED video walls, touch screen kiosks, and media players to meet project specifications
• Perform on-site wiring, mounting, testing, and commissioning to ensure functional and safe installations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and display issues to maintain system performance
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, and setup of signage systems to support project completion
• Conduct maintenance and servicing of existing digital signage installations to ensure reliability
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to align installation progress with project goals
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project requirements
• Support content updates and basic CMS configuration as needed to keep displays current
• Prepare equipment and materials before deployment to ensure smooth installation processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in LED wall setup and troubleshooting to enhance installation quality
• Knowledge of Android OS for system configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues to support digital signage systems
• Experience with vinyl sticker installation or signage to assist in finishing displays
• Basic electrical wiring knowledge to support installation and maintenance tasks
• Comfortable using power tools and performing hands-on installation work
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Singapore
• Possess Class 3 driving licence is a bonus but not essential
• Candidates without experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply
