AdvanzIT Technologies is lookingfor a Digital Transformation & Automation Lead — a rare blend of BusinessAnalyst, Process Consultant, and hands-on Software Developer. This role iscentral to how we operate and scale.
You will work directly withinternal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Support, and Operations tounderstand their daily workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build practicalsolutions — whether that means configuring Zoho modules, writing customintegrations, or deploying AI-powered tools that make work faster and smarter.
This is not a purely technicalrole, nor a purely analytical one. We need someone who can sit with asalesperson, understand their frustrations with CRM data entry, then go build asolution. Someone equally comfortable in a whiteboard session as in a codeeditor.
• Engage stakeholders acrossall departments to map current workflows and identify bottlenecks, manualtasks, and pain points
• Document as-is processesand design to-be process blueprints with clear automation and simplificationobjectives
• Prioritise initiativesbased on business impact, effort, and feasibility
• Sales Team — Simplifycontact and account creation, streamline opportunity management, configureaccurate forecasting models, and build meaningful dashboards and reports: Zoho CRM
• Enable the internalsupport team to efficiently manage tickets from a unified portal; configureAI-assisted ticket summaries and auto-categorisation; build a self-serviceportal for end users to raise and track their own tickets: Zoho Desk (Support)
• Automate invoicingworkflows, expense approvals, and financial reporting: Zoho Books & Expenses
• Simplify HR processesincluding leave management, onboarding workflows, and payroll runs: Zoho People & Payroll
• Automate contractgeneration, routing, and execution workflows: Zoho Sign & Contracts
• Leverage M365 tools (Teams,SharePoint, Power Automate, Outlook) and integrate them with Zoho andthird-party platforms
• Build automated workflowsbetween M365 and Zoho to eliminate duplicate data entry and manual handoffs
• Research, evaluate, andimplement AI tools and models appropriate to business use cases
• Develop custom AI-poweredapplications — e.g. intelligent ticket summarisation, sales call transcriptionand CRM auto-population, document classification
• Integrate large languagemodel (LLM) APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into internal tools and workflows
• Build chatbots or AIassistants for internal or customer-facing use where applicable
• Write clean, maintainablecode to build internal tools, automation scripts, and system integrations
• Develop and consume RESTAPIs to connect Zoho, M365, and third-party platforms
• Use Zoho Deluge, Python,JavaScript, or similar languages to extend platform capabilities
• Maintain technicaldocumentation for all integrations, automations, and custom tools
• Evaluate new software toolsand platforms as the business grows or new needs emerge
• Conduct proof-of-conceptprojects to validate tools before full deployment
• Provide structuredrecommendations with total cost of ownership, implementation effort, and riskassessment

• 3+ years of hands-ondevelopment experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Proven experience with ZohoOne platform — CRM, Desk, Books, or similar modules
• Strong REST API integrationexperience — building and consuming APIs
• Experience with businessprocess mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with AI/MLconcepts and hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 proficiency —Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Outlook
• Excellent communicationskills — ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Zoho Delugescripting
• Familiarity with workflowautomation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of databases andSQL for reporting and data extraction
• Experience buildinginternal chatbots or AI assistants
• Prior experience in asimilar hybrid Business Analyst / Developer role
• Exposure to IT services,managed services, or technology distribution industries
• You are genuinely curiousabout how businesses work and love finding smarter ways to do things
• You can hold a conversationwith a non-technical salesperson and a developer in the same day
