Docebo Learning System Developer & Configurator

To support the digital transformation of training management across overseas operations, the Group's Overseas HR Shared Services Centre is implementing and deeply customizing the Docebo enterprise learning platform. We are recruiting a Docebo Learning System Developer & Configurator based in Singapore to lead the technical development, platform configuration, and system integration, while also taking ownership of project management and solution design.

Responsibilities:

·      Lead the end-to-end technical development and deep configuration of the Docebo LMS, including page customization, learning path design, permission architecture, and automation rule setup.

·      Design functional solutions for the Docebo platform based on business requirements; produce system architecture documents, technical specifications, and configuration blueprints to ensure implementable and maintainable outcomes.

·      Develop and manage integrations between Docebo and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), SSO providers (SAML/OAuth), and third-party content platforms(e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone) via Docebo REST API and Webhooks.

·      Develop or customizes CORM / xAPI-compliant course content; manage upload, testing, and publishing on the Docebo platform.

·      Lead or co-divorce implementation projects; define project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

·      Work closely with business teams (HR, L&D, business units) and IT teams to gather requirements, translate them into clear technical solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

·      Manage day-to-day platform operations and technical support, including issue resolution, performance optimization, and version upgrades.

·      Build platform usage data monitoring and reporting frameworks; leverage data analytics to continuously optimize learning experience and business impact.

·      Produce system configuration documentation, user manuals, and technical handover materials; deliver platform training to end users.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.

·      3+ years of hands-nocebo platform implementation, development, or administration experience; Docebo Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is preferred.

·      Proficient in core Docebo modules: Learning Plans, Gamification, Virtual Classroom, Extended Enterprise, and Reporting.

·      Solid web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); experience with Docebo theme customization or front-end development is an advantage.

·      Familiar with RESTful API integration development; prior experience integrating with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is preferred.

·      Understanding of SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 / xAPI (Tin Can) standards; experience with e-Learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise) is a plus.

·      Familiar with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum); able to independently lead mid-scale LMS implementation projects.

·      Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge business (HR/L&D) and IT teams, translating business language into technical solutions.

·      Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken); able to work independently in a bilingual environment.

·      Prior experience in a multinational company or overseas team is preferred; familiarity with training compliance requirements in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
