Job Description

• Position Title: Documentation Specialist / Technical Writer
• Working Location: Bedok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefit
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to deeply understand our products and what our documentation needs to cover.
• Build and look after the structure of our documentation.
• Write clear, high-quality documentation for various audiences that follow our standards.
• Craft user interface text, online assistance, and guides for developers that are simple to comprehend.
• Engage in testing of the products and ensuring their portrayal in the documentation is accurate.
• Regularly review and suggest improvements to our product documentation.
• Edit content that has been translated to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Assist the marketing team by providing updated content for product brochures.

• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• The ability to understand complex technical subjects and explain them clearly.
• Familiarity with style guides to maintain consistency in documentation.
• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities.
• Knowledge of UX design is advantageous.
• Insight into security or banking procedures would be greatly valued.
• Marketing experience is also an advantage.
