Service Time: Weekdays only, with Rotation shift timing below:

- Shift 1: 08:00 - 17:00 SGT

- Shift 2: 16:00 - 01:00 SGT

Location: Singapore

Services Description:

As a member of Global Secure Services Team, Niche Area - Security Specialist will be

working closely with Global team of expert, covering client protection aspect of the business

services. The product areas covered will include Endpoint Security Administration and

Protection such as Virus Scan / Intrusion Prevention / Threat Detection / Active Response:

Working closely with Global team of experts, covering client protection aspect of the

business services. The product areas covered will include Endpoint Security Administration

and Protection such as Virus Scan/ Intrusion Prevention/ Threat Detection/ Active

Response.

Server operation:

• Maintain the existing Anti-Virus system (Backend Server and clients, Internet DMZ

servers)

• Advance threat protection module including but not limited to Threat detection and Active

Response

Interface to support Global Endpoint Protection:

• Single point of contact for - processing support tickets, technical consultation, etc

• Virus/ Malware infection incident responsible:

• Managing follow up process of malware infection reported by alerts

• Coordination of critical incident among other regions

Operation management on client globally:

• 3rd level technical support for Field IT Staff

• Coordination of work with colleagues in other regions

Monthly infection reporting:

• Generating monthly and ad hoc reports

• Analyze report and plan corrective actions

Client protection new solution implementation project:

• Support evaluation of new endpoint security products

• Coordinate solution pilot & rollout globally

Pre-requisites:

Experience Level: Level 3

Skillset:

• More than 7 years of IT experience with minimum 2 years in Endpoint Protection

Services

Expert knowledge:

• McAfee EPO

• McAfee Endpoint Security ENS

• Incident management

Good knowledge:

• Server Monitoring

• Knowledge of Network Communications Protocols

Hands on experience:

• Upgrading and updating server

• Administrating McAfee ENS

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering

• Desirable professional education or equivalent certification (McAfee ENS)

• Solid work experience in building and operating McAfee ENS

• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (e.g., server hardware, network, patching,

authentication, policies, Windows, and Linux operating system)

• Strong innovative, critical thinker, quick learner, passionate, self-managed

• Profound ability to work in a virtual team with consistent success
