On-Site System Troubleshooting

• Act as the L1 and L2 escalation point for all technical issues across multiple client environments.

• Investigate root-cause analysis (RCA), incident resolution, and long-term corrective action planning.

• Diagnose advanced issues, credentialing workflows, hardware faults, network routing, and subsystem integrations.

• Engage vendor support teams for deep-dive troubleshooting, bug escalations, and patch management.

• Perform hardware replacement, firmware upgrade and system patching.

Multi-Platform System Expertise

• Hands-on expertise in various Systems :

• LenelS2 OnGuard

• Genetec

• Milestone VMS

• Ability to configure, integrate, and optimize controllers, readers, credential formats, PIN/biometric workflows, and enterprise permissions across platforms is essential.

Maintenance, Optimization & Lifecycle Management

• Implement system preventive maintenance, system health checks, and upgrade / patching.

• Ensure proper documentation: Service reports, update of any design document if any change or upgrade of hardware or firmware.

Other duties as assigned by the Management.
