Engineering Manager (S)***

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, business objectives, strategy and roadmap
• Building relationship with partners
• Develop value proposition and secure stakeholders' buy-in for product initiatives
• Market research, competitive analysis and user research
• User testing sessions
• Translate insights into product improvements
• Manage product backlog
• Prioritize features based on user needs and impact
• Produce clear product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with product designers, engineering and QA team
• Ensure product performance
• Track user engagement leveraging on data-driven decisions through product analytics
• Manages updates, patches and bug fixes

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in product and project management (Mobile Application and Website Development, Content Management System)
• Strong experience in modern product development practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking)
• Track record of shipping successful products from scratch
• Experience in working with engineers, designers, and product teams
• Have user experience (UX) capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
