We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager (Automation) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise automation initiatives across multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical knowledge of automation technologies to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering Management, Technical Delivery, or related leadership roles.
- Experience managing enterprise technology programs involving software engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, infrastructure, or automation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong program and project management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, infrastructure automation, and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating technical and business teams across multiple workstreams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define program roadmaps, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive the adoption of automation solutions across software development, infrastructure, testing, deployment, and operational processes.
- Track program milestones, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish governance, project management standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering productivity and operational excellence.
