about the job

• Manage the ERP implementation for all entities in the APAC region, coordinating with the chosen vendor and internal team members.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis, map processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities and standards, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
• Develop a business case for each entity's implementation, detailing scope, budget, resources, and schedule.
• Build and lead a team of key users within each company to serve as project advocates, trainers, and first-line support.
• Set and track project milestones, manage delays, adjust resources, and realign schedules while maintaining senior management and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure all project participants are informed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including Gantt charts, budget vs. actuals, and issue logs.
• Establish a communication cadence for project updates to senior management, key users, and general employees.
• Pilot business processes with key users in a test environment to maintain productive feedback between business and IT.
• Organize and manage Dynamics 365 training for key users and support their training sessions for general employees.
• Mentor and train ERP business consultants to ensure they can transition to support roles post-implementation.
• Officially close individual rollouts with stakeholder sign-off and transition support to key users, helpdesk, and business consultants.
• Stay updated on Dynamics 365 developments, sharing best practices and successes with the global ERP team.

successful candidate

Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience as an ERP Project Manager, specifically managing D365 Finance & Supply Chain Model implementations.

Experience with new project setups and managing end-to-end projects from scratch is highly advantageous.

Open to an experience SAP Project Manager as well.
