EUC Development Manager (Banking)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain End User Computing (EUC) applications and solutions using Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, and related technologies.
• Develop and support database solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, and Windows Server technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall methodology, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 engineers, providing technical guidance, project oversight, and performance support.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Bank's IT Department and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with 10+ years of experience in a banking IT environment or IT consulting firm.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Access VBA, .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, and Windows Server technologies.
• Solid understanding of database design, application development, and SDLC methodologies, with practical experience delivering enterprise solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly regulated banking environment.
