What you will be doing:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and digital solutions.
Build and optimize data models, write SQL queries, and integrate various data sources into reporting and applications.
Leverage Power Suite tools to automate workflows and business processes, streamline operations and improve user experience.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative digital solutions, including automation and AI-driven tools.
Design KPIs and metrics tailored to business needs, ensuring dashboards and solutions are clear and user-friendly.
Troubleshoot data, automation, and application issues; continuously improve solution quality based on user feedback.
Lead and support CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) project deployments, including requirements gathering, configuration coordination, testing, rollout, and post‑go‑live support.
Act as the digital project coordinator for CMMS initiatives, working with IT, Operations, Engineering, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Design and manage CMMS-related data flows, reporting, and integrations, including dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
Support change management and user adoption for CMMS deployments, including user training, documentation, and issue resolution.
