About the Job

• Architectural Leadership: Direct the design of low-level software frameworks for high-performance, automated medical devices.

• End-to-End Development: Oversee the full product roadmap, from rapid prototyping and hardware-in-the-loop testing to mass production.

• Multi-Physics Control: Engineer robust drivers for synchronized systems involving high-resolution optical sensors, precision liquid handling, and multi-axis robotics.

• Interdisciplinary Synergy: Work alongside global electronics and mechanical teams to solve complex integration challenges.

• Protocol Implementation: Ensure elite standards for system security, connectivity, and real-time performance.

Skills and Requirements

• Core Experience: 5+ years in embedded systems with a degree in EE, CompE, or a related field.

• Programming: Mastery of C/C++ and experience leveraging modern AI-driven development workflows.

• Real-Time Systems: Deep proficiency with ARM-based SOCs and RTOS environments (e.g., QNX, FreeRTOS).

• Hardware Interface: Expert at reading schematics and communicating via low-level protocols (SPI, I2C, USB, DAC/ADC).

• Infrastructure: Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking, cybersecurity best practices, and Git-based version control.

• Tooling: Skilled with GNU toolchains and hardware debuggers (J-Link/Lauterbach).
