Front Office Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• BA for the Financial Markets IT team, working across all asset classes, and taking full ownership of work in the pipeline and responsible for full delivery through production.
• Contribute to the continuous transformation of the platform and processes
• Build strong, effective relationshisp wtih both Business and Technology teams across global offices
• Collaborate with Front Office and control functions
• Gather requirements, solve business problems by proposing relevant, innovative solutions in consultation with the technology teams where required
• Contribute to business cases, create documentation, coordinate and tightly track validations including constructing UAT plans, executing across all teams involved
• Follow-up on production releases, post-implementation support

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of BA experience
• Extensive product knowledge across asset classes
• Good knowledge of trade flow with exposure to front to back system implementation
• Strong understanding of key technology concepts, basics in SQL, functional programming and architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
