Responsibilities
• Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of mid-market advertisers • Manage and strengthen executive-level client relationships through key meetings and business reviews • Recruit, retain, and lead a team of account executives to improve growth and portfolio health • Coach sales team and help them engage with stakeholders in GCS customers and agencies • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive success of the mid-market segment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 10 years of sales experience in technology, advertising, or media agency • Experience in coaching and mentoring in a sales context • Ability to model and coach sales behaviors, including C-level engagement and objection handling • Thought leadership and ability to develop and deliver business strategies • Developed analytical skills and ability to capture opportunities • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
