Full Stack Engineer (SharePoint / .NET / Cloud Migration) - KT

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in SharePoint technologies, .NET application development, and cloud migration initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible forsupporting, configuring, developing, and migrating enterprise applications and collaboration platforms from on-premises environments to cloud platforms,including Government Cloud environments where applicable. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SharePoint administration, migration, ASP.NET/.NET development, and related Microsoft technologies. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, cloud identity management, and government compliance requirements will be an added advantage.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint solutions and enterprise applications.
• Perform SharePoint migration activities from On-Premises environments to Government Cloud environments.
• Support cloud transformation and modernisation initiatives, including Government Cloud environments.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ASP.NET / .NET applications and integrations.
• Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Support workflow automation and digitalisation initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
• Perform system analysis, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and compliance.

Requirements

EducationalQualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

TechnicalSkills & Experience

MandatorySkills

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• SharePoint Online, SharePoint Subscription Editions (On-Prems).

  SharePoint migration projects (On-Premises to Cloud)

  SharePoint administration, configuration, and support

  ASP.NET / .NET development
  

• Good working knowledge of:

• Microsoft SQL Server databases i.e. database queries. 

  Basic SQL Server database administration and support (including troubleshooting, backup/restoration, and performance monitoring)

  REST APIs and system integrations

  Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory / AAD) and identity/access management

  Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Advantageous Skills

Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Cloud migration to Government Cloud environments
• Exposure to government security, compliance, and governance requirements
• Good knowledge of secure credential, certificate, and secret management
• Good knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement
• Good knowledge of SFTP (File transfer)
• Exposure to Python scripting, automation, or development or candidates with willingness and ability to learn Python and emerging technologies are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in supporting enterprise or government environments
• Exposure to cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives
