Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our internal technology team and

support the development, integration and maintenance of business applications.

Working alongside another Full-Stack Developer, the role will focus on building the

application components, APIs and internal tools that connect the company’s operational

systems with its CRM, analytics and future AI-enabled platforms.

The developer will work closely with the Data Engineer and Applied AI Engineer to turn

data and AI capabilities into usable business applications. The role will not be

responsible for building the underlying data platform or developing AI models.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain internal business applications using Python and modern

web technologies.

● Build backend services, APIs, webhooks and integration components between

business systems.

● Develop user interfaces and internal tools that present data, analytics and AI-

generated outputs to business users.

● Support integrations between operational applications, CRM platforms, analytics

dashboards and AI-enabled services.

● Build workflow tools and application functions that allow users to act on insights

produced by the analytics and AI platforms.

● Support the development of a future company intranet, internal portals and digital

forms.

● Work with the Data Engineer to connect applications to approved data services,

datasets and APIs.

● Work with the Applied AI Engineer to integrate AI capabilities into business

applications and user workflows.

● Support application testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and bug

fixing.

● Maintain technical documentation, source code and application configurations.

● Assist with selected existing applications and legacy systems where required.

● Work with internal users and solution providers to understand requirements and

deliver practical application improvements.

Technical Requirements

● Around two years of relevant software or full-stack development experience.

● Practical experience with Python for backend development, application

integration or automation.

● Familiarity with a Python framework such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.

● Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS.

● Familiarity with React or another modern front-end framework.

● Experience developing or consuming RESTful APIs.

● Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

● Familiarity with Git and cloud-based application environments.

● Good troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Advantageous Skills

● Experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase or MySQL.

● Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Pages or serverless applications.

● Experience with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.

● Knowledge of PHP for supporting existing applications.

● Experience integrating CRM, analytics, reporting or business workflow systems.

● Basic exposure to AI APIs or AI-enabled application features.

● Experience developing internal portals, dashboards or workflow applications.
