About the Job

• Drive Global Innovation: Partner directly with our international tech hubs and internal business units to spearhead high-impact system enhancements and next-gen project deliveries.

• Architect Smarter Solutions: Decode complex business challenges and transform them into elegant, scalable, and high-performing software applications.

• Build Proprietary Tech: Get hands-on in developing and modernizing our in-house ecosystem, building automated tools and advanced reporting engines from the ground up.

• Own the Blueprint: Lead the technical documentation process, ensuring our system specifications, architectures, and workflows are impeccably mapped for future scale.

Skills and Requirements

• Education: A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven success crafting software, ideally within a fast-paced fintech or tech-forward domain.
• Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin.
• Prior exposure to the banking or financial services industry
• Strong coding proficiency in backend heavy-hitters like Python and Java, paired with modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js and React.js.
• While specializing is great, a strong full-stack capability and a preference for end-to-end development will make you stand out.
• Well-versed in relational databases, seamless API integrations, and robust version control practices.
