Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to support the delivery and implementation of enterprise HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering and project management capabilities, with experience supporting end-to-end system delivery and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, design, development, and implementation of enterprise HR technology solutions to enhance organizational capabilities
• Manage and coordinate project activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align project objectives and resolve issues for successful project execution
• Develop and maintain project documentation, solution designs, testing plans, deployment strategies, and operational readiness checklists
• Ensure compliance with ICT governance, security standards, and policy requirements such as IM8 to safeguard information assets
• Participate in technical evaluations and solution assessments to recommend effective HR technology implementations
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during execution to address challenges and optimize outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Information Technology
• Proven experience in engineering delivery and project management across the SDLC lifecycle
• Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT governance and security policies
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise HR system implementations such as SAP or Oracle HCM Fusion
• Understanding of cloud-based enterprise platforms and system integrations
• Familiarity with procurement or vendor management processes
