IT Business Analyst | Low-Code Platforms

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working Arrangement
• Working Location: Central
• Remuneration Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise digital transformation initiatives through Low-Code platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to deliver applications efficiently using modern Low-Code technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and user needs.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and process mapping sessions to identify opportunities for business process improvement and digitalisation.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, workflow designs, business rules, and acceptance criteria for Low-Code application development.
• Work closely with Low-Code developers, solution architects, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Analyse and redesign business processes to maximise automation and workflow efficiency using Low-Code platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend Low-Code solutions that align with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Support application configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirement changes, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare business documentation, process flows, user guides, and training materials to support solution adoption.
• Participate in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting application development or digital transformation projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, functional analysis, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience working on Low-Code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, Pega, or similar platforms will be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, digital forms, business process management, and enterprise application development.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and vendors.
