Graduate Programme (Fresh Grads only)

We are a recruitment agency and currently we are representing a private bank to search for a Graduate Programme (IT)

As a Graduate Programme (IT), you will join a structured graduate program within a leading private banking technology environment. You will gain hands-on experience across core banking systems, enterprise applications, and digital banking solutions while working alongside experienced technology professionals.

During the program, you will:

• Develop practical knowledge of core banking platforms, system integration, application management, DevOps engineering, API management, front-end and back-end development, and process engineering.
• Support technology projects through hands-on assignments across multiple technical teams and specialist functions.
• Contribute to the stable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise banking applications.
• Gain exposure to key banking domains, including Trading, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Client Management, Digital Channels, Compliance, and Tax Operations.
• Participate in structured learning and personalized technical development plans.
• Attend internal training programs covering topics such as project management, IT security, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
• Work towards industry-recognized certifications, including Core Banking Platform certifications, Cloud technologies, and ITIL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (graduated within the last 18 months).
• Strong interest in technology with basic programming experience in Java, Python, PL/SQL, or similar languages.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Interest in financial services, banking technology, and digital transformation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Looking to build a long-term career within the banking technology industry.
