该岗位前期为独立贡献者（IC），数月后需组建并管理团队。职责包括开发交易算法与量化库，主导自动化模型设计与优化 ，作为产品负责人管理算法生态 ，跨部门协作以优化实盘绩效 并向高管提供战略建议 。要求至少7年系统化交易或量化研究经验，有做市商或多资产背景者优先 。应聘者须精通C++（懂Rust更佳 ），擅长算法，深谙市场微观结构与流动性管理 。因需对接仅通中文的伙伴，必须具备流利的中文听说读写能力。

• Develop different trading algorithms and build up the quant library
• Drive the design, enhance, and implement advanced automated trading models and execution frameworks
• Act as the core product owner for the algorithmic trading ecosystem to guarantee ongoing scalability and reliability
• Work closely with other teams to implement robust systematic solutions
• Actively monitor and manage real-time trading algorithms to maximize execution efficiency and performance
• Serve as the firm’s internal center of excellence, advising executive leadership on quantitative investments and new tech adoption
• This will be an IC role for now. Few months later, you will need to hire more people and manage them in your team

skills and requirement

• Min 7 years of experience operating within fintech, trading, quant, hedge fund or relevant industries
• Prior background within multi-asset electronic environments, market-making, brokerage setups, or financial markets is highly preferred
• Strong in C++ and Rust (good to have). Good with algorithms.
• In-depth knowledge of market microstructure, liquidity management, execution algorithms, and quantitative modeling
• Chinese speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write Mandarin
