*Seeking a seasoned strategic thinker, Head of Strategy, Cost efficiency, Digitalization, Operational Change Excellence, for a global establishment, within the Shipping industry.

• An expert in driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, over $100M in annual cost savings and operational improvements across maritime container shipping operations for the organization.

• Managing a matrixed dynamic team, providing key strategic digital solutions in improving operational efficiency.

• Someone with proven leadership experience within maritime, shipping, supply chain, logistics industries, driving key operational excellence, digital transformation, for large global establishments.

 Responsibilities

• Driving cost efficiency, achieving cost savings and revenue improvements, within container shipping line of business.

• Spearheading key digitalization transformation initiatives for the organization within their container shipping business and operations.

• Worked closely with operations, procurement, and commercial teams to drive performance for the organization.

 Requirement

• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in the shipping industry, preferably in container shipping line of business.

• Good working experience managing financial data analysis, sound with data, to oversee cost and revenue governance.

• Well familiar within the container shipping lines of business

• Prior experience within shipping industry, as a shipping, container lines terminal planner, to drive operational improvement

• Proven senior leadership, and proven stakeholder management track record.
