ICT & SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure multifunction printers (MFPs) and print servers.

• Implement and support print management, document capturing, and document

• management systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.

• Integrate MFPs &/or solutions with customer IT environments: Windows Server/Client

• OS, macOS, ARM, Android, IOS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, network

• segmentation, firewall coordination, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365,

• Google Workspace, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Google Drive.

• Configure scanning workflows, OCR, SMB/FTP, and cloud routing.

• Provide Helpdesk support and manage escalations.

• Troubleshoot printing, network, identity, and workflow issues.

• Provide internal staff training & support.

• Support pre-sales activities, project management and assist with technical proposals.

• Produce technical documentation and SOPs.

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+ or Network+

• Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST)

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, and firewalls.

• Experience with Operating Systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, Cloud Applications

• Services (M365 & Google Workspace)

• Familiarity with print/scan environments, capture solutions, or DMS is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
