Our established client, a government-linked agency in the community health sector, is seeking for suitable candidates to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support management in the handling of data sharing request based on company’s Data Sharing Framework
• Manage and ensure continued relevance and application of the company’s policy across division’s processes
• Manage and review data protection compliance related aspects
• Ensure compliance of Data Protection by organization’s partners; Engage and develop suitable data sharing agreements with partners, doing process reviews etc
• Support and manage internal and external stakeholders towards continued improvements for an enhanced governance process in managing classified information and data
• Develop and execute standardise approach for data governance compliance
• Conduct reviews and periodic audits to ensure continued adherence with Data Protection approaches
• Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Information Science/ Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in handling information management and governance aspects
• Knowledge of Data Protection Act is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical skills; Candidates with strong process thinking skills and workflow approach is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
