Responsibilities
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies • Collaborate on digital communication plans and external communication • Design, launch, and manage digital challenges and innovation events • Manage and deliver digital innovation programs • Establish communication mechanisms with stakeholders • Increase awareness of digital innovation branding • Promote a culture of innovation within the organization • Perform ad-hoc and relevant duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • At least 3-5 years of working experience in staff engagement and marketing communications • Knowledge of digital disruption, technologies, and transformation • Experience in change management • Excellent communication and content development skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail • Creative and strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders • Preferably Agile/Scrum practitioner with PSM certification
