Infrastructure Engineer (Ref 26005)

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, operating systems

• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents

• Manage and maintain network components including switches, firewalls, and load balancers

• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes

• Perform patching, upgrades, and configuration changes

• Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning of infrastructure components

• Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and runbooks

• Collaborate with application and security teams to support project deployments and infra onboarding

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 1- 2 years relevant experience

Must-have Skill Key Experience

1. Server & Operating System Administration Windows/Linux administration, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting

2. Network Infrastructure Switches, firewalls, load balancers, networking fundamentals

3. Infrastructure Operations Monitoring, incident response, backup & DR, production support
